If any of you have not seen the movie, "God's not dead" it is a must see.  You may think that the situation in the movie isn't realistic but it is based on many sad but true court cases in public schools and universities.  Let me know what you think of it.

Leigh said it is at their library or you can get it at a video store. It's very new. Maybe Steve could get it for you. He could watch it too.

We saw the movie and it was excellent. As you said, it was based on actual cases where students who expressed a Christian faith were discriminated against by liberal teachers and professors that had as their religion a virulent anti-christianity. They won't give others the same tolerance that they expect to receive. It was interesting that the young college student showed quite a spiritual maturity while the arrogant college professor showed quite an immaturity which expects God to make life easy, never thanks Him when they have it good, but blame Him when bad things happen.

I had a professor in college who spouted the God is dead stuff and gave me a hard time in class because I came from a very traditional family. During Father's Weekend my Dad attended classes with me. When the prof stood up to speak, he started with "GOD IS DEAD"! I had to hold onto my Dad because he started to stand to "discuss" this with him. I know my life at college would have been a disaster if he had challenged him. I look back on it and know the guy was a BULLY!
