Most of you won't be able to identify with this, but Dad, Mike, Steve, and Eileen will.
Last night, Maureen fixed Mom's pot roast with Lipton onion soup mix. It was delicious, tasted just like Mom's did, and I didn't have to fight my brothers for a second portion.

Funny Scott. I do remember one reason I eat fast, because the faster I ate, I got seconds first!
Pot roast at Summit's Trace never came close to Mom's, but there was a time when it wasn't too bad. Now what they still call pot roast is made with beef cubes. Ugh!
I've also always said that I eat fast since I grew up with brothers. I had to eat fast to get seconds.
