Our children gave us a great party that Sarah organised. All of our grandchildren were there, as were Sally's brother Alex and Megan. There were also some friends from our Church. It was great to have my Best Man speak to us on the speakerphone too. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving and Anniversary that we'll always cherish the memories of.
It was a special opportunity to talk to you and the entire family. It was the kind of occasion that's rare indeed in today's society. Says a lot about all of you. Today too many are too busy and on the move to make the effort to get together like that.
It was such a pleasure to be a part of the celebration, and to see all of Mike and Sally's family! I got especially choked up when Mike got down on one knee to again propose to Sally! Another highlight was when you were with us on speakerphone, Dad - very moving for everyone in the room!
