Sally and I visited Dad last week, and on the way home stayed at Canaan Valley, West Virginia where we went white water rafting on the Cheat River. The river was a little low, but there were still some good rapids which were enough for our first time.

Great photo of you two Mike! I have rafted on the New River in West Virginia and it is fun. I noticed the helmets and I remember our guide telling us they are brain buckets!
