Two items of interest to the family:
Mike, Tara, CC, Kyla, Michael III and Andrew visited me Friday evening. Tara took a picture she may post later. Mike came back twice on Saturday and went to see Mom right before her dinner time along with Scott and Maureen, who got here about mid-afternoon Saturday. They ate dinner with me. We spent some time with Mom before, during and after her dinner then came back here. Nice visits, and the weather was decent for early February.
At the resident information meeting Thursday evening we learned the new owner of the Care Center and Courtyards will be Peregrine, a company that operates 15 other facilities, some in this area, so we should be able to find out quite a bit more about it. I'm sure, also, that Merry is familiar with the company - at least with some of the people involved. I'm waiting to hear her comments.
